    Description

    Very Very rare original hand signed certificate from The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine.
    The certificate confirms Dr. Edwin Nelson Cleaver of Medford graduated from Harvard Medicine School in 1915 AND passed the medical exam to become a registered M.D.
    I bought this from the deceased estate and have kept it for over 20 years and I am downsizing.  Dr. Cleaver had a horse and carriage medical practice in Kennebunk, Maine.
    This rare historical document is in fine shape with a modern frame that has some wear.  This would make a fantastic addition to any museum or collector.  If a curator is interested in this please contact me.
