    KING CAROL I of ROMANIA – 1891 MEDAL – Silver Jubilee
    Bronze medal commemorating the 1891 silver jubilee of Romanian King Carol I.
    The Obverse features a large bust of the monarch, with the years of his reign; on the Reverse is a beautiful engraving of a woman personifying Romania, standing with a lion next to a shield with the Romanian coat of arms.
    The medal was designed by Austrian medalist Anton Scharff;
    it is 64mm in width and 105 grams in weight.
